Responsibilities

- Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to demonstrate the viability of new research ideas
- Publish research findings in academic journals, conferences, or internal reports

Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a specialization in blockchain or cryptography
- Demonstrated experience in blockchain research or significant contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts
- Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to research (e.g., Python, C++, Rust)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
