Blockchain Developer

About This Role

This role focuses on the operational management of blockchain-related services, including token, network, and deposit/withdrawal management, within a leading cryptocurrency exchange. It suits a professional with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and experience in digital asset operations, who can ensure regulatory adherence and resolve complex wallet issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage tokens and networks, including new token configuration, risk identification, and token delisting
• Manage deposits and withdrawals, including suspension, resumption, congestion, network confirmation, address, and memo format
• Manage wallet balances and fees, including wallet balance supplements and fee profit monitoring and adjustment
• Build operational tools, including data analysis dashboards, operation backend tools, monitoring, and alarms
• Diagnose operation status, including daily and weekly reports and other data analytical reports
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information
• Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams
• Address business needs by offering comprehensive solutions and overseeing implementation

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms
• Proven track record in managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong capability to work under pressure
