- Inglés : 80% (hablado y escrito)
- Dominio en análisis estadísticos como pruebas de hipótesis, ANOVA y Diseño de experimentos.
- Dominio de software minitab.
- Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Kaizen, KANBAN, QCO,5s) & Lean Administrativo (Best process improvement) .
- Conocimiento en metodologías como Kepner Tregoe & KATA.
- Habilidad para gestionar multiples proyectos, recursos y partes interesadas.
- Enfoque en la solución de problemas mediante metodologías de mejora continua.
- Conocimiento de AMS
