About This Role

Building strong biotech connections across Greater Boston is the core of the Biotech Partnerships & Enrollment Manager role at Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute. This position focuses on expanding access to biotech careers and strengthening the enrollment pipeline through relationship-building with high schools, community groups, and employers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with high schools, community groups, and employers to foster partnerships
• Expand access to biotech careers for diverse populations
• Strengthen GMGI’s enrollment pipeline through effective outreach
• Mobilize diverse stakeholders to create meaningful workforce outcomes
• Exercise initiative and sound judgment in field-based activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in community engagement or partnership development
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the biotech industry is a plus
