Job Req ID: 27019 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Take care the ARM based development for Supermicro server products
- Evaluate BIOS design specifications on both the board level and the system level
- Control project schedules from design to production
- Define and implement lab validation plans to ensure product quality in functionality and reliability
- Work with BIOS vendors and technical subject matter experts (IHV) to enable new feature sets
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in project management in system/server architecture is desirable.
- BS or MS in IT, EE, computer science, business management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in project management and strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage project schedule and control project budgets
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be plus
- Fluent communication in English and Mandarin is essential
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must be a team player, have a passion for software development and have excellent verbal /written communication skills
