Job Description Now Hiring: BIM Specialist Modeler – Electrical Construction
Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler looking to work on exciting commercial construction projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks to join a growing team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle
Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks
Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings
Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation
Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions
Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- 1+ year of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience
- 1+ year of 3D modeling experience
- Associate degree in CAD or related field preferred
- Proficiency with:
- Revit
- AutoCAD MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- Bluebeam Revu
- Microsoft Office
