About the role
Summary:
- AWS + Performance Bonus
- $3,500 – $5,000
- 14 days Annual Leave
- Construction: Electrical / Plumbing & Sanitary
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft & Design: Prepare shop drawings, installation details, and electrical layouts (including circuits, cable containment, and lighting fixtures) OR Plumbing & Sanitary.
- BIM Modeling: Create 2D and 3D electrical views, component libraries, distribution board families, and risers using BIM/CAD tools.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Run clash reports, solve coordination issues with project teams, and participate in CSD and Roombook coordination meetings.
- Material & Site Support: Generate bills of quantities (BOQ) and attend site coordination meetings with clients and consultants as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidate with at least 2-3 years experience are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to read and interpret electrical system drawings.
