Responsibilities
- Develop and draft MEP layouts, sectional details, space management plans, and plant room drawings.
- Prepare detailed coordination and construction drawings for project execution.
- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings using Revit.
- Review and extract relevant information from architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary drawings.
- Coordinate with project teams to support planning, design integration, and technical reviews.
- Attend site visits and project meetings when required to facilitate coordination activities.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience with MEP contractors.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in Navisworks Manage.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
