Billing Specialist

About This Role

Working with customer accounts, including invoicing, credits, and debits, is central to this billing specialist role. It involves proactive communication with various departments and resolving billing issues with the collections team.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance
• Proactively communicate with various departments on problem accounts
• Work with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end account reconciliation

Requirements

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience
