The organization operates within Corporate Functions Finance, supporting various internal business teams including Legal, Public Policy, Community Impact, and Corporate Communications. It addresses challenges related to billing accuracy, vendor management, and financial reporting across multiple countries by implementing standardized billing procedures and process improvements, contributing to financial compliance and operational efficiency.

  1. About the Opportunity:

The Billing Analyst position is responsible for managing vendor setups, purchase orders, and invoice processing to ensure compliance with billing standards and timely payments. This role serves as the primary billing contact for various internal teams and vendors, handling payment inquiries and contributing to billing process enhancements. The position plays a key role in supporting financial accuracy and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration.

  1. Responsibilities:

• Manage new vendor setups as payees

• Create purchase orders

• Research and resolve invoice and payment issues

• Enforce and provide guidance on billing requirements

• Lead billing process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with international teams to simplify and centralize billing

• Coordinate with Corporate Functions Finance for consistent billing communication and accurate financial reporting

  1. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree

• Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

• Knowledge of financial controls and procedures

• Preferred skills: Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, VBA

  1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual salary range: 56,700.00 to 99,300.00 USD

• Package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units

• Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location
