About This Role

This sales representative role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to expand into homeowners and health insurance. It involves soliciting new business, maintaining customer relationships, and advising clients on suitable insurance products. The position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for helping people and a desire for growth.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions
• Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system
• Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help them choose the insurance product that fits their needs

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
