Being a customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless involves delivering outstanding customer service, promoting wireless products and services, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role suits a motivated individual who can assist customers with selecting plans, upgrading devices, and troubleshooting basic issues while ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle account changes
• Educate customers on device features, billing, and promotions
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience a plus)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required/preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
