Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Producer – Fully Remote

Base Salary: $42,000–$48,000 per year + commission and bonuses
About the Position
We are an established, high-producing Allstate agency looking for a licensed, bilingual Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.
This is a 100% remote sales position focused on writing new business. We provide leads and the tools and support needed to succeed. We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.
Applicants must already hold an active Florida insurance license and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
- Work agency-provided leads and sales opportunities
- Make outbound calls and promptly follow up with prospects
- Identify bundling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales
- Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up
- Meet individual sales and production goals
- Communicate professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Florida 2-20 insurance license
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive in a fully remote environment
- Dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Sales-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation
Preferred:
- Previous property & casualty insurance sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling property and casualty insurance
Allstate experience is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
