Job Description:
We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support recruitment operations across various industries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and English , with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of Japanese business culture and hiring practices .
Key Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Japanese: JLPT N2 level or higher
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement
- Background in account management , maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and recruitment processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
