About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner who is bilingual in Spanish to support leaders and employees across multiple locations within a dynamic, operationally focused organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management while providing leadership to a regional HR team. The Senior HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, foster a positive and productive workplace culture, and ensure consistent, compliant, and effective human resources practices throughout the organization.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
Work Environment: This is an on-site position that works primarily in an office environment, with regular interaction in operational settings. The successful candidate may be based out of one of these Oregon locations-Dayton or Yamhill and will be expected to travel between sites as needed to support leaders, employees, and business operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a regional HR team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service across multiple locations.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and organizational change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote consistent application of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR effectiveness and the employee experience.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide recommendations that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop managers, strengthen employee development efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Management, or related leadership experience, including strategic partnership with operational leaders.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing HR team members.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
- Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-focused approach.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations + seasonal or high-volume workforces.
