Bids Manager | Dublin Location: Dublin, Ireland Hybrid A leading international construction and infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of major infrastructure tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bids and tenders from start to finish.
• Coordinate input from internal teams and external partners.
• Develop tender strategies, methodologies, and project delivery plans.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Lead bid meetings, reviews, and approval processes.
• Support client presentations and post-tender activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience managing construction or infrastructure tenders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
