About This Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Bid Manager to join a dynamic Work Winning team, playing a key role in securing major projects across the UK water sector. In this highly visible position, you will lead the development of compelling, high-quality bids, working alongside technical experts, operational teams, and senior stakeholders to transform client requirements into winning submissions. Your ability to create persuasive, compliant, and value-driven proposals will directly contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Requirements

• AMPM accreditation (Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional level) or a commitment to achieving it
• Proven experience within a Tier 1 contractor environment, ideally in the water sector
• Strong construction and civil engineering knowledge gained through a bidding, technical, or operational role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging proposals
• The confidence to build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to challenging deadlines
