About This Role
This role involves managing the full process of preparing and submitting bids for projects and tenders, ensuring they align with client requirements and the strategic goals of the FACTS Business Unit. The position is within the Sales department and suits a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and comprehensively develop tenders/offers from opportunity identification (RFP, RFQ, RFI) through to presentation and negotiation of the proposal
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (sales, technical, legal, financial, etc.) to develop documents associated with technical-commercial offers
- Standardize formats, models, tools, and processes associated with offer development
- Prepare clear and concise proposals, complying with client requirements and highlighting the company's advantages
- Participate in the analysis of proposal feasibility and risk
- Act as a link between the technical team and the client, conducting meetings to clarify offer specifications
- Understand the competitive landscape to develop an advantageous offer over the competition
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
- High level of English (C1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) network environment
- Proactive person, with teamwork skills, flexibility, excellent communication skills, great learning capacity, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- A second language, preferably French
- Experience in FACTS and renewables
