Bid Manager

About This Role

Being a Bid Manager at Randstad UK offers a key role in writing and managing high-value, strategic recruitment bids across all sector-specific UK business lines. The focus is on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements, and Sole Supply tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid responses based on best practice
• Work on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements, and sole supply tenders
• Manage the end-to-end bid process in response to procurement activities conducted by new or existing clients
• Write, edit, and proofread to create high-quality bid/tender responses
• Design compelling client-facing presentations and marketing material
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to draw on their subject matter expertise
• Support content capture, management, and improvement process to continuously improve win potential

Requirements

• Ideally, experience in the recruitment industry or within bid management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible approach and an ability to prioritise tasks as required
• Word processing and presentation design skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
