Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
2nd and 4th saturday off
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager BGV Operations & Client Services to lead background verification (BGV) operations while ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) Operations.
- Lead and mentor BGV operations teams to achieve service excellence.
- Handle Client Services and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong Experience in BGV Operations
- Must know report writing and have done Performance Appraisal
- Team lead experience
- Knowledge of compliance, quality processes and SLA management
