Eligibility
- BCom / MCom Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer
- Prior experience in the Banking / NBFC / BFSI sector
- Good knowledge of BFSI products, processes, and operations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct offline classroom training
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on BFSI products, processes, services, and customer handling
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, activities, and assessments
- Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support
- Prepare trainees for industry requirements and placement opportunities
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with both BFSI domain experience and training experience
- Candidates with practical exposure to Banking / NBFC operations
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
