About the role
工作摘要： 严格按照工艺流程，制造出合格零部件。
岗位职责：
- 严格遵守设备操作规章制度，做到安全生产，不准违章操作。
- 工作前穿戴好所必须的劳动防护用品。
- 依据图纸、工艺流程对零件进行磨削加工，在加工前必须先看懂图纸及要求，如有不懂或者有疑问，必须向主管寻求技术支持和帮助。
- 负责平面磨床、手摇磨床的操作、维护及日常保养。
- 严格按照质量标准进行加工，并对所加工的部件进行认真填写自检报告。如在加工过程中发生问题导致工件报废，必须向主管汇报并填写报废单，并分析问题所在加以总结。
- 每日工作结束或者交班前，必须对自己工作场所进行 5S 管理。
- 其他。
职位要求：
- 五年以上磨床工作经验，有磨形位公差经历。
- 熟练使用手摇磨床、半自动平面磨床。
- 熟练使用冲子成型器、角度器、正旋台等工具。
