We are searching for an experienced Belmont Central - Student Worker at our Belmont's Main Campus facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides direct front desk customer assistance, directs and provides information to customers, and facilitates the resolution of customer concerns and queries.
- Exhibits courteous manner and excellent problem solving skills via email, telephone, and in person.
- Provides information to students and families regarding the options for obtaining financial aid, the process for requesting aid, and the eligibility requirements for receiving and maintaining aid.
- Assists with navigating the registration process, troubleshooting with students as well
- Provide basic support, information, and guidance for the Offices of the Registrar, Student Financial Services and Admissions.
Working Conditions: This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have Federal Work Study to be considered.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Must have good attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work in a cooperative team spirit
- Openness to work with all Belmont administrative and academic departments
- Ability to perform multiple tasks.
