SD Developmental Center
Being a Behavioral Therapist involves providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management for young to older adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes conducting functional behavioral analysis and psychological testing, and ensuring behavioral programs are person-centered. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to monitor programs and services, offering feedback to staff and participating in professional consultations. This position also requires delivering on-call assistance during mental health crises.
