At Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley Inpatient, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and currently operates over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake and orientation process for new clients entering the program.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Coordinate and supervise client daily activities and schedules.
• Follow treatment plan objectives and support client-specific therapeutic goals.
• Monitor client behavior and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment.
• Assist with client dietary and daily living needs as required.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information.
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties When Serving as a BHT Driver

• Transport clients to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, meetings, and other approved locations.
• Ensure safe supervision of clients during transportation.
• Follow all company transportation policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain required transportation documentation and logs.
• Ensure vehicles are operated safely and report maintenance or safety concerns as appropriate.

Education:

• REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
