Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents? We’re looking for a Behavioral Health Technician who is compassionate, dependable, and most importantly able to connect with teens and build genuine trust.
You’ll support adolescents ages 11–17 experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges while working alongside an interdisciplinary treatment team.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field preferred but not required
• Mental health or adolescent experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and use sound judgment
• A positive, engaging personality with a genuine ability to connect with adolescents
