Behavior Technician - BT

About This Role

This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and their families. The Behavior Technician delivers direct client support, tracks progress, and collaborates with a team to implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Nice to have:

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
