About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency founded in 2015 by experienced BCBAs and LCSWs. We provide individualized, 1:1 ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and essential life skills.
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home services. You will work one-on-one with a child while receiving supervision and support from a BCBA.
Available Cases:
Case 1:
- Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Case 2:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
