Supporting customers' beauty and fostering personal growth is at the heart of this job. The Beauty Counselor assists each customer in brightening their life, suitable for someone who loves beauty and interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers upon their arrival
- Guide customers through filling out medical questionnaires
- Escort customers to treatment rooms and powder rooms
- Listen to customers' concerns and ideal outcomes
- Propose treatment plans
- Process contracts and handle payments
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
- Verify electronic medical record entries
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Support nurses as needed
- Assist male patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or above
- No prior experience required
- No specific qualifications needed

- Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Basic PC operation skills
- Experience working in beauty salons or aesthetic clinics

Important Details
- Schedule: 10:00-20:00 (8 hours actual work/2 hours break), 40 hours total per week, shift-based, day shift only, no overtime
- Contract: long-term welcome
- Holidays: 2 days off per week
- Summer vacation: August 14-15
- Winter vacation: December 30 - January 3
- Christmas vacation: December 25
- Other leave: paid leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, family care leave
- Team: mainly staff in their 20s and 30s
