Burlington Volkswagen has been selling vehicles for over 50 years. Burlington VW is part of a dealer group consisting of two other franchises conveniently located on Route 130 North in Burlington, NJ. Burlington VW is the number 1 certified pre-owned volume VW dealer in the Eastern Region for 2010. In addition, Burlington VW has a strong online reputation on DealerRater. We are growing in new car volume as well as used car volume with the opening of a second building on our lot.
This is a great opportunity for an outgoing person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a growing BDC/Internet department. Duties consist of responding to email leads and incoming phone calls, customer follow-up and prospecting by phone and email, and website chat. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals that work well in a team environment and are self-disciplined. The primary responsibility will be to set appointments for our sales staff. We will provide the leads, technology, training, and competitive pay plan.
Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
