We are seeking a Payroll Systems Administrator to support the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our payroll and pensions systems. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of payroll processes while driving system enhancements and supporting users across the organisation.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

• Experience of payroll systems administration and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and pension schemes.
• Experience of configuring payroll systems, maintaining pay structures, and managing system interfaces.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience developing reports and supporting system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and deliver process and system enhancements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
