What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with families through caregiver training and ongoing communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with BACB ethical standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and families
