Your Skills Are Required
- Managing contract and change order management during the bidding and execution phases
- Advising and supporting project and construction management regarding contract changes and additional services
- Conducting contract-relevant correspondence both independently and in collaboration with project/construction management
- Preparing change orders and participating in risk analyses
- Coordinating and leading internal and external technical participants
- Supporting construction sites on-site and participating in contract and change order negotiations
- Reporting to project, department, and management and being the contact person for contractual matters
What You Bring
- Completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in managing construction projects
- Sound knowledge of VOB, construction and contract law, as well as technical regulations
- Ideally, knowledge of calculation programs
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
