About the role

At BASF | Nunhems, accurate data helps us make better decisions, support our operations, and serve our customers effectively. As a temporary Data Entry Administrator, you play an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of information in our ERP system. If you enjoy working accurately, are comfortable with repetitive tasks, and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time temporary position for approximately 3 months, based in Nunhem.

Your Job

In this role, you will help improve and maintain data quality within our ERP system. Your work will contribute directly to efficient business processes and reliable information across the organization.

You will:

  • Review, update, and correct data in our ERP system.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of data within existing databases and tables.
  • Ensure information is entered accurately and according to established guidelines.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and proactively raise issues when needed.
  • Support operational teams by maintaining reliable and up-to-date information.
  • Work independently while following clear processes and instructions.
  • Monitor your own progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements by sharing observations and suggestions where relevant.

While the work involves repetitive administrative tasks, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a real impact on the business.

Your Team

You will become part of a team that supports business operations through high-quality data and efficient processes. During your assignment, you will work closely with colleagues from Operations and IT & Data Compliance.

You will receive guidance and support from experienced team members while also having the freedom to organize and execute your daily activities independently. Collaboration, reliability, and a hands-on mentality are highly valued within the team.

Your Profile

  • MBO or HBO level education, preferably in an administrative, business, or related field
  • Starters are welcome to apply
  • Experience with administrative work or data entry is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and MS Office applications
  • Able to work accurately with large volumes of data
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Available full-time for a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months
  • Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
