- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through community events, telemarketing, and retail sales channels
- Provide comprehensive consultations on Medicare plans and ACA options, ensuring clients understand their benefits and coverage details
- Negotiate plan selections tailored to individual needs while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards
- Assist clients with benefits administration, enrollment processes, and ongoing customer service support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct analysis of client needs using sales and marketing strategies to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-up communications, and maintaining detailed client records
- Utilize multilingual skills when necessary to serve diverse populations effectively and expand outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Medicare Agent or insurance producer with active certification for ACA plans
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex insurance concepts
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve multicultural communities effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients via phone, in person, or virtually
- Familiarity with benefits administration, HIPAA compliance, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client interactions efficiently

Pay: $5,500.00 - $13,000.00 per month
