Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining atmosphere. Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience - Process payments and provide accurate change - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
