Job Description
- We are hiring experienced Bartenders and Bar Captains to join our hospitality team.
- Only candidates with relevant experience should apply.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills are required.
- A Bartending course/certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of juggling and flair bartending will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be able to maintain professional service standards and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Bar Operations:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and service procedures.
- Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and work area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar supplies and ingredients.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Customer Handling
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer preferences and provide suitable beverage recommendations.
- Handle customer requests and concerns effectively.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience.
Bar Captain Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations.
- Guide and support bartenders and junior bar staff.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and service quality.
- Monitor bar inventory and communicate stock requirements.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience: Mandatory.
- Bartending course/certification: Required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of bartending and beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of juggling and flair bartending: Preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
