Job Description
- We are looking for experienced Bartenders and Bar Captains to join our restaurant/hospitality team.
- Only experienced candidates should apply.
- The candidate must have excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- A Bartending course/certification is required.
- Knowledge of juggling and flair bartending will be an added advantage.
- The role requires maintaining professional service standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Bar Operations:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Maintain the bar counter, equipment, and work area in a clean and organised condition.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar supplies and ingredients.
- Follow all applicable hygiene and safety standards.
Customer Handling
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer preferences and provide suitable beverage recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience.
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Bar Captain Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day bar operations.
- Guide and support junior bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and service quality.
- Monitor bar inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience: Mandatory.
- Bartending course/certification: Required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of bartending and beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of juggling and flair bartending: Preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
