About the role
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Full-Time Bartender to join our team at Five Guys.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $15.00 per hour starting pay
- Full-time position with consistent scheduling

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Ensure all guests receive friendly, efficient, and consistent service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area at all times
- Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and bar setup/closing duties
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card
- Must hold a valid Sheriff’s Card
- Previous bartending or alcohol service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
