About the role
Job Scope:
- To brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers
- Welcome and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm
- Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and follows the highest quality standards according to the correct SOP
- Able to explain all products clearly to customers and promote/upsell products at all times
- Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sanitise equipment and utensils
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitisation of all work areas, including countertops
Requirements:
- No health issues / critical illness
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
