Responsibilities
- Provide legendary service to all guests and put the guest first
- Consistently provide high-quality beverages, whole beans, and food products, always according to recipe, presentation, health, and safety standards
- Keep your workplace clean and tidy with organizational talent, so that your team can always find everything they need
- Engage with guests with commitment and understanding, recognize their needs, and respond with clear and pleasant communication
