THE JOB:
The Barber will set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies and all other duties as assigned
- Provide services including but not limited to straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniques
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Barber License issued from the State Required
- Alcohol Awareness card where applicable Required
- Food Handlers card where applicable Required
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Barber Experience Preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$6.06
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
