Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member’s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
- Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies.
- Stock refrigeration units with inventory.
- Replace empty beer kegs.
- Wash glasses, bar equipment, and polish bar fixtures.
- Mop floors, carry out trash, remove empty bottles.
- May assist bartender in the mixing and serving of drinks.
- Keep bar area clean and organized at all times
- Responsible for assisting all F&B outlets if needed
- Perform EDI duties such as filling beverage orders for F&B outlets, fill liquor tree, replace empty BIBS.
- Responsible for assisting serving drinks on casino floor, when needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be very friendly and outgoing.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift.
- Locations on casino floor are noisy and smoky.
- Will also encounter intoxicated guests frequently.
- Provide representation of department in specific project and company meetings.
