Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate staff activities
- Help recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar team members
- Monitor inventory and coordinate beverage and supply orders
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with applicable health and safety requirements
- Support responsible alcohol service in accordance with local laws and company policies
- Address customer questions and resolve service concerns professionally
- Monitor operating costs and assist with sales and inventory records
- Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient service during busy periods
- Help maintain service standards and a positive guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control and customer service practices
- Must meet applicable local age and licensing requirements for alcohol service
