JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up and breakdown of event areas including moving furnitures
Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
Refreshes drinks
Assist with bussing tables
Perform various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School education
Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role
Food safety certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including holidays and weekends
