Opportunity
Provide supervision to all banquet functions promoting courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions.
- Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions.
- Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order.
- Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties.
- Continually train banquet staff on service techniques.
- Supervise Set-Up staff and Bartenders.
This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays.
Skills/Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Food Service experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $9.80 - $14.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
