About the role
**📍Location:**Islandwide, work near home!
**💰Salary:**Up to $2400
📝**Duration:**Until 31 Dec, extendable for long-term
🕙Working Hours: 5.5 days, bank branch hours (much shorter than office hours!)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with usage of self-service machines, online platforms (internet banking and mobile app) and other enquiries / requests
- Identify customers' needs at the point of entering the branch and to capture customers' behavior by completing a checklist
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' Levels
- Outspoken and customer service oriented
- Comfortable with standing for long hours
