This role involves supporting cross-selling initiatives and business development activities, with a focus on reporting, program coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cross-selling sales reports on a regular basis
- Prepare cross-selling program reports
- Create presentation materials (PowerPoint) on cross-selling performance for presentation to insurance partners and internal stakeholders (routine and ad-hoc)
- Support achievement of cross-selling sales targets
- Handle administrative work related to cross-selling activities
About you
- Minimum S1 education (all majors)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in Business Development/Marketing or Bancassurance
- Proficient in operating MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Understanding of business development strategy and bancassurance products
