About This Role

Working as a store staff member at a bakery cafe that hand-makes bread and sandwiches means being responsible for bread production, customer service, and store operations. This role is not limited to a specific task, but involves a wide range of duties across different stores nationwide, requiring relocation.

Responsibilities

• Cut and shape Chococro dough, roll chocolate, and bake in-store
• Adjust baking quantities and timing of baked goods
• Prepare sandwiches
• Provide customer service, operate the cash register, and prepare and serve drinks
• Display freshly baked bread
• Manage orders, inventory, and create staff shifts
• Train part-time staff
• Manage hygiene, and perform opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• No specific educational or work history required
• Willingness to accept relocations across the country

Nice to have:

• Experience in baking, confectionery, or cooking (any industry)
• Experience in the food and beverage, retail, or service industries

Important Details

• Schedule: 6:00 to 23:00 (shift system), 7 hours 40 minutes of scheduled working hours (60-minute break), 165 total working hours per month
