Your expertise in food handling and high-volume production will help deliver exceptional quality and memorable experiences to customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of baked goods, pastries, and cakes with attention to detail and recipe adherence
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and decorating tools safely and efficiently
• Package finished products ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met
• Maintain a clean workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
• Assist in food preparation tasks including cooking, pastry preparation, and food handling
• Support high-volume production needs while maintaining quality control standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and presentation standards
• Basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a clean workspace
• Culinary experience with baked goods, cooking techniques, and food industry standards is essential
